HAVEN DIVING SERVICES - SERVICING POLICY
We strongly recommend you test serviced equipment in safe pool like conditions prior to any open water use.
It is our company policy to seek training and advice from the manufacturer or the equipment supplier.
However, we reserve the right to use our judgement in the servicing of equipment as to which parts to replace.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We will not replace items that are not standard service kit parts without your permission (mouthpieces etc...).
We do not inspect under hose protection or consoles unless specifically asked.
All work is warranted for 3 months if tamper proof paint seals are not broken. Some valves may require slight
adjustment after 2-3 uses which allows it to bed in. If this is the case with yours then please return to us so
that we can adjust this free of charge, usually while you wait.
